General terms
- Custom Bundles/quotes available upon request.
- No attendance fee.
- Quality Images & 2D Floorplan delivered next working day. Premium Images, video clips & 360° tours within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday). Sooner for specific projects as available, on request, subject to £20 fast delivery uplift.
- The minimum order value per property is £39.
- No cancellation/re-arranging fees, other than for on the day of the shoot. £20 cancel fee may apply then.
- No supplementary mileage charge within LA11 postcode. Thereafter 45p per mile travelled.
- *Services Bundles based on max. three -bedroom property. Additional bedrooms, Bundle 1 - £10 each, Bundle 2 - £14 each, Bundles 3&4 - £20 each.
- *2D Floorplans do not include fixed furniture unless stated otherwise.
- * 360° Tours made in Kuula as standard, or Matterport where DollHouse is required at extra cost. 360° images can be delivered for customer to add to their preferred 360° Tour Platform e.g. Made Snappy. Each digital 360° image £4
- The Customer has exclusive imaging rights. Dropter has limited imaging rights, for use only in the marketing of Dropter business activities.
- Fees due in full 28 days from invoice date.
