General terms
- Custom Bundles/quotes available upon request.
- No attendance fee.
- Requirements to be stated in advance e.g. 360° Tour, Drone etc.
- Images/2D Floorplan delivered next working day, video clips/360° within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Sooner for specific projects, when available, for small additional charge.
- The minimum order value per property is £38.
- No cancellation/re-arranging fees, other than for on the day of the shoot. £20 cancel fee may apply then.
- £5 mileage premium per 10 miles over 20 miles from Dropter base in Grange over Sands. Kendal & Ulverston have no additional mileage charge.
- Services Bundles based on max. five-bedroom property. Additional bedrooms Bundle 1 - £5 each, Bundle 2 - £8 each, Bundle 3 - £12 each.
- The Customer has exclusive imaging rights. Dropter has limited imaging rights, for use only in the marketing of Dropter business activities.
- Fees due in full end of following month from shoot.
